- You may be a ‘Feaster’ and have hormonal factors that mean that your body just doesn’t tell you when to stop eating
- You may be a ‘constant grazer’ and often this is something that it influenced by your genes
- Or you may be an ‘emotional eater’ turning to food for comfort and support
If you fall into any of these groups you may find that you also have a history of yo-yo dieting.
