It was interesting to see the new programme on the BBC this week called Losing Weight For Love. Personally whilst I think it is always helpful to have something or someone to motivate you to lose weight the only person you should really do it for is yourself.
Feeling good about myself through eating healthily and being at a healthy weight is probably one of the best things I ever did and whilst it was good to get praise from others including my family the only way I would ever have done this was by doing it for myself.
