So here we are at the start of February and how many of us have managed to stick to our New Year Resolutions.
I know that every January I do have a ‘dry’ month which I keep up a bit longer until my birthday on Valentines Day. Because I know that this is a short time just six weeks, I do find it relatively easy to stick to although I am not a big drinker but do like a glass of red wine.
If though I had resolved to give up chocolate even for a month I know I would have struggled because no matter how healthily I eat now, chocolate is still something I crave.
This is why giving up totally something you really love is a recipe for disaster when it comes to losing weight.
