One of the most common reasons people on a diet fail is that they become bored with what they are eating.
This is probably more likely to happen if you are drinking a shake as a replacement for a meal but it is equally as likely if you have the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day.
You can lose weight, eat healthily and feel great if you vary what you eat and this can be easier than you think if you do a little bit of planning and at Weight Away I support people with recipes and suggestions to help them on the way.
