As I head off on holiday this week todays blog and the next three weeks will all feature recipes that you can cook, enjoy, be healthy and still lose weight.
I think this is the real trick to losing weight and keeping it off.
For example whilst I have nothing against smoothies or useful gadgets such as a Nutribullet I don’t want to live on drinks all the time.
Equally whilst I love salad there are times when a crave pasta with a sauce and knowing how to balance all of this whilst still losing or maintaining your weight is the key to a healthy and enjoyable life and the great escape from yo-yo dieting.
