We are all human and I know I have often found myself putting things off by saying
‘Oh I’ll start or do that tomorrow!’
But if you do this do you ever actually start.
Often I put things off because I really don’t like doing them for example completing tax records. In this case I usually find myself having to do things at the last minute to meet a deadline promising myself I won’t get into that position again.
But what about weight loss. If you really want to lose weight you need to change your eating habits for life and there is no better time to do this than today. This doesn’t mean that you will have to give up everything you ‘love’ you just need to have less and balance it with a healthy food plan. In this way all your tomorrows can be days when you are in control of your eating and your weight and you can live a healthy life.
