Putting a Spring into your Step

This time of the year makes me feel so much more energetic and seeing all the spring flowers makes me smile.

As we get closer to Easter though the temptation of chocolate can be a real problem so today I am posting my Weight Away Spring Special with a few ideas for how to celebrate over Easter.

  1. I think what is important, is that we try to limit eating chocolates and other sweeties, only once a week. We can have them occasionally, but not live by them. In other words, they must not be our lifestyle, if we are trying to loose weight.
