I am fortunate to have two beautiful daughters and can celebrate Mother’s day with my family and hope all mums had a great day yesterday.
But yesterday when thinking about my own Mum I found myself regretting the fact that she never saw me conquer my weight problems, as sadly she died some 8 years ago!
I firmly believe it is not a good thing to live with regrets. So if you are struggling with your weight make NOW the time to tackle it and don’t let it be something you will regret later in life. Wishing you had done something doesn’t make it happen but taking action does.
So set yourself a goal – maybe a weight, or a dress size and plot some steps along the way. On those days when you feel you have over done it by eating too much keep looking forward and put it behind you.
If you look forward you will be amazed at how wonderful you will feel when you achieve your ideal weight.
