Well if you are trying to lose weight and you have recovered from overdoing it at Christmas, Valentines Day started the next onslaught of food related celebrations.
Tomorrow is Shrove Tuesday so, religious or not, Pancakes are on the menu and of course this starts the lead up Easter and the shops are full of goodies to tempt you. So how to cope.
