Does the Autumn Weather make you turn to comfort food?

As we have had such a beautiful September and have woken up to a wet and windy Autumn day are you thinking of comfort food.  Well I have good news you can make some really healthy soups, stews and casseroles to warm you up on the colder nights and these can be really filling without piling on the pounds.

Tonight I will be cooking a chicken chasseur which is great recipe for a family meal and can be eaten with lots of green vegetables to make sure you have your 5 a day but also feel full.
