Sport is great to keep you fit and healthy

If like me you have been watching the Commonwealth Games it is so good to see how sport has helped people to become fit and achieve their goals.

Great examples from the Gold medallist Chris Sherrington who says that judo helped him conquer stress and alcohol problems after spending £8,500 on drink in just three months.

Also the Marathon Runner Steve Way who was 16 Stone in 2007 and lost weight through running and a healthier life style

He says “I needed to find something I could focus all my attention on that was going to help me lose weight and keep me off the cigarettes. In order to bury your vices you need to find an equal and opposite addiction. You need to find a passion.”
